About the Opporunity

AGIG is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Management Office (PMO) Scheduler to join the Infrastructure Asset Management team.

 

In this role, you will coordinate scheduling, logistics, procurement, and administrative activities for Stay in Business (SIB) and major projects. Accountable for developing integrated project schedules, facilitating plant and equipment access, supporting the movement of resources, fleet, and materials, and working closely with the PMO Onboarding Coordinator and Project Managers to ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with Engineering Assistants in the consolidation of SIB projects schedules
  • Manages routine correspondence, queries, and updates from customers and suppliers.
  • Arranges internal and external meetings for staff with external stakeholders.
  • Assists with document filing and flow to QDMS.
  • Supports staff through effective scheduling and coordination of activities.
  • Defines, develops, tests, and implements new administrative processes to streamline operations.
  • Plans/schedules project and operational activities in accordance with the Project Manager’s direction.
  • Consolidates SIB projects’ schedules and updates the KPI schedule dashboard
  • Assists with creating work orders in Maximo, controls workflow and backlog, and closes work orders.
  • Coordinates logistics for field works, including acquisition and transport of resources.

About You

  • Relevant qualification and/or proven experience within a similar role (Administration, Supply Chain or Procurement)
  • Knowledge and experience within a similar industry
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • General understanding of remote logistics and supply chain
