Australian Gas Infrastructure Group (AGIG) owns, operates and invests in infrastructure which delivers gas to more than two million homes and businesses, and is one of the largest gas infrastructure businesses in Australia. AGIG manages over 36,000km of distribution networks, more than 4,300km of transmission pipelines and 60 petajoules of storage capacity. About the opportunity

AGIG is seeking an Administration Coordinator to join the Infrastructure Asset Management (IAM) team. Reporting to the Project Services Manager, we are seeking a proactive and customer focused individual to support the Project Management Office (PMO), and IAM Leadership team.   

Key responsibilities

  • Provide support with administration, onboarding, and travel arrangements for the wider IAM team.
  • Maintain the IAM vehicle availability register and the care and maintenance of vehicle portal.
  • Coordinate meetings with vendors and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and report on the outcomes of the PMO Delivery Customer Survey.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
  • Facilitate project office documentation and correspondence in shared folders.
  • Coordinate the development of project kick-off pack documentation and action lists.
  • Monitor and facilitate HAZID and HAZOP action closeout.
  • Facilitate with Onboarding, Materials Management, and Planning teams to ensure preparation for projects.

About you

  • Business Administration qualification or relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Reliable and exercise initiative and innovation.
