About the opportunity
AGIG is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Scheduler to join our Transmission Operations Team, based at our Jandakot Facility. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring all maintenance activities are accurately scheduled and recorded within our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
You’ll play a key part in supporting the safe and efficient operation of our transmission assets by coordinating planned maintenance, liaising with field teams, and maintaining data integrity across our systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for process improvement to contribute to the reliability and performance of critical infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the agreed maintenance schedule for field teams in line with the work management process.
- Promote and support quality work management practices across the team.
- Maintain accurate planning data within the CMMS to enable effective scheduling.
- Facilitate regular work management meetings with a strong customer service focus.
- Conduct work order quality checks and ensure correct schedule loading.
About you
- Trade qualification (Electrical or Mechanical preferred) or Maintenance Planning qualification
- Extensive knowledge of end-to-end work management processes
- Knowledge of pipeline configuration aligned to AS2885, gas processing and Hazardous Operations.
- Understand remote logistical challenges
- Experience in the use of CMMS; MAXIMO preferred
- Customer relationship management both internal and external customers
